MacNair's 15 Year Old Exploration Panama Rum
Panama's volcanic soil is the ideal growing environment for rum's key ingredient, sugar cane, enticing master distiller Billy Walker to seek out the country's very best.
Initially matured in American Oak in the tropical Panamanian climate, the spirit was transferred to The GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside. Once expertly blended, the rum underwent secondary maturation in red win, virgin oak and ex-Bourbon casks.
Colour: Golden Bronze
Nose: Rich notes of plantains, pears, and almonds, fused with mocha
Taste: Full of pineapple, mango, and peaches, followed by treacle, coconut, and orange zest
