Shipment

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and/or signature required by UPS or Local Courier! Whichever shipment method is selected we will be sure to provide a link to track your parcel (where applicable).

Shipment fees include handling and packaging fees as well as the postage cost. Handling fees are fixed, whereas the shipping fee varies depending on the packages weight and size. We advise that orders for multiple items are placed in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but extra precaution is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes will be of a suitable size and products will be safely packaged for transit.

Unsatisfied with your order?

Please check your package on receipt. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase!

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately! 

Returns

If an item is returned to us due to unpaid custom fees or failure to collect, postage charges will not be refunded.

We will only be able to give a full refund when any item is returned in its original state, sealed and not damaged.
