Billy Walker has sourced the finest vintage Speyside and Islay Single Malts, then blended with aged GlenAllachie, in pursuit of the perfect balance between peat and rich, fruity character. The spirit was then laid to rest in premium Spanish sherry casks, French oak, and virgin oak casks. As time passes, the flavours marry and extract additional depth and sophistication from the wood.
