The Four Marys gin has been inspired by companions and ladies-in-waiting of Mary Queen of Scots. Four Marys Zesty Sherbet gin has been inspired by Mary Fleming, known as "the lively one". Fleming was known for entertaining the Court with music and dance and her presence and skills attracted suitors along the way.
With Kaffir lime, yuzu, star anise, galangal, juniper, coriander and angelica this gives a delightful, tingly burst of flavour.
