This gin is distilled at Balmenach distillery in speyside Scotland in small batches made with a combination of traditional and handpicked botanicals.
Key Botanicals- Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Cassia Bark, Rowan Berry, Bog Myrtle, Heather, Coul Blush Apple, Dandelion Leaf.
Nose: Citrusy, Floral, Pine-Fresh Juniper & Black Pepper Spice.
Palate: Juniper, Zesty Citrus,Black Pepper, Light Fruitiness, Creamy
Finish: Light dry finish
Serve with Tonic Water, Indian Tonic Water, Elderflower Tonic Water and garnish with slices of apple, lemon zest over ice
