The distillery manager took a trip to Islay which inspired him to order a batch of Speyside peat to add to his kiln. For 7 days each year Balvenie makes a batch of peated malt, creating a whisky full of vanilla, honey, citrus notes and a gorgeous hit of delicate smokiness.

Notes: Light floral notes, honey and peat smoke
Palate: Citrus flavours, vanilla and honey blossom and peat smoke
Finish: Smoky and creamy vanilla sweetness.
